Marriage Is Good

I will say nothing new if I state that having fun together is very important for a husband and wife. Most marriage-related books will tell you the same thing, and we can also observe it in every happy family. Happy spouses don’t just share responsibilities, they enjoy life together and have fun. Despite the heavy workload, bills to pay, and kids to raise, they still know how to have fun together and manage to find time for it.

It is obvious, and yet it is so easy to fall into the routine of working, doing all it takes to keep the family going, and forgetting what it was like when you had first met, when you went to places and did things you enjoyed. Some say they have no time for it, others say they have no finances, and believe me, I can understand both. Not only I have been there, I am still there as I write this. However, my marriage is too important to me to let it turn into a dry partnership instead of a fun, loving, romantic union.

I’m sure your marriage is important to you as well. So go ahead, put some money aside, set a time, and go play laser tag with your husband or wife. Who knows, maybe getting shot with lasers is exactly what’s needed to bring that sparkle back in your eyes.
